How to place an order?

Choose one of the five styles on the home page. You will now see the available types and you choose a type. You will now proceed to the product page. Here you choose the number of branches you want and the number of plants and add them to your shopping cart. When you go to your shopping cart you will see the products that you have selected and here you can change something. You go to Checkout and enter your shipping and billing information here. You can then also choose to create an account. With this you can follow the status of your order and you will receive nice promotions especially for members. Then choose a payment method and place the order. After payment you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be delivered to you the next day.

I have not received a confirmation email, what now?

You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after placing your order. If you have not received anything, first check the unwanted mailbox or your account. Are you still unable to find anything and are you unsure whether your order has been received by us? Please contact us via customerservice@papicco.nl and we will check this for you.

I want to give the order to someone else as a gift, can I have it shipped to him / her?

You certainly can! There is no better gift for your sweetheart, friend, family member or colleague! When ordering, fill in the details of the lucky recipient with the shipping details and make sure that you enter your own details with the invoice details. We then ensure that the gift is delivered the next day and that you have made someone happy again!
