Can I return or exchange my Phalaenopsis?

In principle, you cannot return or exchange the phalaenopsis. Due to the limited shelf life, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If you are really not satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@papicco.nl and then we look for a suitable solution together.

Non-living items such as our decorative pots can of course be returned, but exchange is unfortunately not possible. Return costs are for your own account.

What can I do if I have received the wrong product?

When your order is incomplete or incorrectly delivered, we will scratch our heads. Of course that should not have happened. Contact us at customerservice@papicco.nl and together we look for a suitable solution.
