The phalaenopsis is fragile, how do you ensure that I still receive a beautiful and undamaged plant?

We do this by sending the plant in a special shipping box. This ensures that your phalaenopsis is delivered in good condition.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days*. If for whatever reason this does not work, we will let you know in time!

* This applies to an order with a shipping address in the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.

What delivery options can I choose?

Based on address, time, weather conditions, size of the order or the like, we choose which delivery option best suits your shipment. Delivery can be done via an external courier (mainly DPD), but the shipment can also be delivered by our own courier. Delivery is in principle free of charge in both cases for orders over € 19.99 in the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands).

In which countries can I have my order delivered?

Currently we can have our products delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Austria and Switzerland. There are additional delivery costs associated with this.

If you want to place an order to a country other than the above, we can no longer guarantee that your order will be delivered in optimal condition. For the possibilities you can email to customerservice@papicco.nl
